All
cylinder heads that come in our door for remanufacturing are
assigned a numbered work order & then are completely
disassembled down to the bare head. Once every part is
cleaned and thoroughly inspected the customer is then
contacted with an accurate estimate for approval to complete
the remanufacturing process.
All valve
jobs are 3-angle cut on top of the line Serdi equipment.
